Kayaking Programs

Reservations:

  • Payment is due upon registration for all kayaking programs, except the "Sunset Tour".

    Cancellations:

  • Cancellations are not permitted once registration is finalized. Customers who are unable to attend their program due to extraordinary circumstances, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • "No Shows" forfeit all money paid.
  • If COC needs to cancel a program due to weather or lack of participation, customers may choose between rescheduling to the next program or a full refund.

    Other:

  • No alcohol or recreational drugs allowed on any kayaking program.
  • Anyone under 15 must paddle in a double with an adult on tours.

    Kayak/Canoe Rentals

    Reservations:

  • Customers may reserve a kayak/canoe for rent without a deposit. However, we do need the following information in order to complete the reservation:
    - Name
    - Phone number
    - Date of rental
    - Time of rental - *NOTE: we will hold a boat for thirty minutes from the time given. After that, it is first come, first serve.

    Cancellations:

  • Customers may cancel a kayak/canoe rental reservation at any time, without penalty.

    Other:

  • No alcohol or recreational drugs allowed.
  • No refunds on rentals - no rainchecks.
  • Customer is responsible for full replacement cost of items lost, stolen or damaged.
  • No one under 18 rents without parental signature of consent.
  • No one under 15 paddles without an accompanying adult.
  • On-site rentals require a Drivers License deposit.
  • Off-site rentals require a $200, per boat, damage deposit.
  • Boats must be returned to COC thirty minutes before close of business.
  • Minimum rental period is 1 hour.
